About the Experience

Join us for an evening of Chardonnay and coastal cuisine as we explore how 3P Chardonnay has evolved from 100% stainless fermentation in 2021 to 40% French oak in 2024. Each course highlights a different vintage, paired with Chef Henry’s seafood-driven menu to showcase the depth, texture, and evolution of these small-lot Santa Cruz Mountains wines.
